Sandler Capital, a Registered Investment Advisor, manages both hedge funds and private equity funds with a multi-sector focus in media, entertainment / leisure, telecommuni-cations, technology, information and business services, and consumer companies.

Through its various on-shore and offshore funds, Sandler currently manages approximately $1.4 billion in assets. Although focused in equities, over its 28 year history Sandler has sought opportunities across the capital structure via investments in a variety of debt and equity instruments.
