Bob Gorman
Managing Director

Bob Gorman joined Sandler Capital in 2009. Mr. Gorman is responsible for marketing the firm's hedge funds to the institutional investing community. Prior to joining Sandler Capital, Mr. Gorman was marketing alternative products at Wood Creek Capital. Previously, he marketed for Dalton, Greiner, Hartman, Maher & Co. and, prior to that, for SG Cowan. From 1986 through 2000, he worked at Bankers Trust in various capacities primarily involving coverage of the Insurance industry. Prior to graduate school (1978-1984), Mr. Gorman was in the trucking business in a labor relations role. He has a B.A. in Mathematics from Providence College and an MBA from Columbia University where he focused on Finance and Operations Management.
