Vito Menza
Managing Director/Assistant Portfolio Manager

Vito Menza joined Sandler capital in 2006. Mr. Menza is a general equity research analyst and assistant portfolio manager. He searches for new equity ideas across multiple sectors, combining fundamental and trading analysis, and pooling information from a number of sources, including in depth special situation and field analysis. He also assists in portfolio sizing and risk management. Prior to joining Sandler Capital, Mr. Menza was an analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Hedge Fund Research Sales Division where he gained experience generating investment ideas for clients. He has an A.B. in Economics and Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College where he was awarded the Nelson A. Rockefeller Prize for excellence in Economics. He also spent time studying finance and economics at Keble College, Oxford.
