Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer.
Steven Warshavsky joined Sandler Capital in
2002. Prior to joining Sandler Capital, Mr. Warshavsky was
a Managing Director and Treasurer at Whitney & Co., a
private equity investment firm. Previously, he was the CFO
for Liberty Brokerage Investment Corp. and prior to that the
CFO for D.E. Shaw & Co. Mr. Warshavsky started his career
as an auditor for Ernst & Young. He has a B.S. and M.B.A.
from SUNY Buffalo and is a CPA.
