Michael Marocco joined Sandler
Capital in 1989. After graduating from New York University
Business School in 1984, Mr. Marocco joined Morgan Stanley
where he served as a Vice President in the Communications
Industries Group and was responsible for corporate finance,
merger and acquisition coverage of communications industries
companies. Mr. Marocco also served as a fixed income research
analyst at Morgan Stanley specializing in communications industries
companies in the high-yield bond market.
